The charity were invited by David and the team at The Kingsgate Starbucks in Dunfermline, Fife to participate in this years #RedCupCheer with the chance of winning a grant of up to £1,000.00!
This is a returning initiative from last year where Starbucks offer 200 small and local charities across the UK the chance to compete for the grants by making the most noise over social media. Twitter users must tweet the twitter handle (in our case @thecookiejarf) All runners up receive £500 for their cause just for being nominated and the Cookie Jar has gained some good online coverage so this has been a successful and very worthwhile event.
